Large block of land - not sure if it is possible to sub-divide?
* Nu-Steel provide a complete feasibility study which includes engineers reports, design drawings and submission to council for planning and building approval.
Our home is very old and our block too big. We want a smaller new home for ourselves but cannot afford it?
* Nu-Steel provide a joint venture opportunity which requires no major expense to the client. There is a risk-free way of building your own new home and an investment property next door. This can result in the client receiving their new home with a small mortgage only (in some cases no mortgage at all!)
We have a large block and want to build 2 or 3 homes for investment and/or to sell but do not have the budget for the whole project?
