Nu-Steel Homes offers three building options to its customers.
1. Owner Builder
This option provides significant savings to our customers. If you have the practical skills why not take on the challenge of owner building. We provide you with the materials (kit) and you do the majority of the work yourself in getting the home built. A comprehensive Construction Manual and Construction Video are provided to guide you along the way. The components are delivered to your site in stages, with the wall frames and roof trusses pre-fabricated in the Nu-Steel Homes factory. Our professional consultants, staff and supervisors are available to provide on-going service as required.
2. Owner Project Manager
This is the perfect option if you don't have the time or the practical skills to perform the building work yourself. Following the Nu-Steel Homes Construction Manual and Video, step-by-step, you direct the building process. Nu-Steel Homes will arrange delivery of materials (Kit) to your site in stages and you engage the services of various contractors, trades people and sub-contractors and oversee the whole project from start to finish. Our professional consultants, staff and supervisors are available to provide on-going service as required.
3. Full Build
Nu-Steel Homes Adelaide is a licensed builder who will arrange to fully build your home to completion.
When you do not have the time or the practical skills let us arrange the building of your home for you. Once settled on the design you need not be involved until it is ready to move into. You still have complete design flexibility and the choice from a wide variety of products and materials with the ongoing support from our trained staff.
